An untitled sequel to the third installment in the The Amazing Spider-Man series was announced by Sony. On March 15, 2014, Marc Webb told The Daily Beast in an interview that he won't be directing the fourth film but would be involved as a consultant for the film. Later that month, Webb has talk to E! Online there's a possiblible on seeing Jessica Drew/Spider-Woman in a future film. On April 16, 2014, Den of Geek reported that the Spider Slayers and Black Cat are line up for future films. On February 2015, Sony Pictures & Marvel Studios signed a deal to reintroduce Spider-Man and integrate the character within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, thus The Amazing Spider-Man 3 and it's sequel were officially cancelled.
