Helen Stacy is the wife of George Stacy and the mother of Gwen Stacy, Philip Stacy, Howard Stacy and Simon Stacy.
Biography
The Amazing Spider-Man
Helen is present at the dinner table when Gwen invites Peter to have dinner with her family. After Gwen and Peter leave, Helen comes up and finds them kissing.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2
Helen is seen at the graduation of Gwen and asks Peter if he'd like to join their family photo, which he respectfully declines. She is seen briefly in the restaurant that the Stacy family is having dinner at after the graduation earlier that day. After the death of her daughter, she is seen at the funeral in tears.
