]]There has been much specualtion about who will play Norman Osborn in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, but it has now been confirmed that American actor Chris Cooper has the part.
With a career spanning 25 years, Cooper has starred in a number of well-known films including American Beauty, Me, Myself & Irene, The Bourne Identity, Adaptation, Seabiscuit, The Bourne Supremacy, Capote, Jarhead, Syriana, Remember Me, The Town and The Muppets.
In The Amazing Spider-Man, Osborn never appeared onscreen, though it mentioned that he had a fatal illness that Dr. Curtis Connors was attempting to create a cure for. Norman's son Harry will also appear in the sequel, played by Dane DeHaan.

Today ComingSoon posted a still of Spider-Man’s brand new costume for The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The costume – one which the site points out bears more than a passing resemblance to Mark Bagley’s Ultimate Spider-Man run – will replace the old costume.

Hi!This is my first blog post and I want to tell you all what I think might happen during the Amazing Spider Man 2!
The movie starts with Spidey swinging into a cafe.Nick Fury shows up and asks him to join the Avengers.Spider Man says no because he likes fighting crime by himself.
Spidey fights Rhino which ends up in a result Rhino beating Spidey Hard.Aunt May starts to get very cross at him because Peter says some people at school have been punching him when Aunt May sees Peter with lots of bruises.Meanwhile, Norman Osborn watches footage of Spidey fighting his servant,Rhino.Norman is very pleased to see that Rhino did not fail.

Talks are pinpointing Jamie Foxx who is keen on possibly playing Electro in the upcoming sequel to the The Amazing Spider-Man reboot. Foxx even went as far as to allude his wishes on twitter! Okay, if you haven't seen The Amazing Spider-Man's after credit scene, you should probably go away. If you dont care about spoilers, then welcome.
Anyway, I wanted to ask you guys who you think the "man in the shadows" was that Connors saw in his cell after the movie's credits?
So many people have been saying it's Norman Osborn, but Rhys Ifans (the person playing Connors in the movie) has said it's not. Is he lying? If so, how did Osborn get into and out of the cell without guards knowing?
It's also been speculated that the man is Mysterio, and he got in and out of the cell by his magic.
Or is it Electro? During that scene, lightning struck, possibly indicating it IS Electro? He could have traveled by that lightning to get into an…

It's a movie idea I thought up, well it consists of Electro, and Mysterio being the main villains, well, I can tell you in the movies Green Goblin, Dr. Octopus, and Venom met their deaths in each movie so, Mysterio also meets his demise leaving, Electro to be a surviving villain, like Sandman, and Lizard, so they might be the nomaniees for Sinister Six!

My take:
The Amazing Spider-man = The Lizard.
The Amazing Spider-man 2 = Electro & Vulture.
The Amazing Spider-man 3 = Green Goblin, Kraven and Chameleon
The Amazing Spider-man 4 = Doc Oc, Sandman, and Rhino. (Black Cat)
The Amazing Spider-man 5 = Mysterio & Venom
The Amazing Spider-man 6 = Sinister Six!

I know that there are a huge amount of people who thought that the film was amazing and cannot wait for the seaquel but has anyone thought of the possibliletes the sequel being called Spctacular Spider-Man or the Astounding Spider-Man? Who's going to WonderCon this year? Held in Los Angeles, the sister con to the famous Comic-Con officially kicks off this Friday. In related Marvel and The Amazing Spider-Man news, WonderCon features panels and screenings galore for the discerning comic books fans.
